Instructions

  1. Gather your ingredients. Start by laying out all your ingredients. Make sure your corn is fully drained so you don’t end up with a watery dip.
  2. Combine the corn and creaminess. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  3. Add the cheese and cilantro. Sprinkle in the cotija cheese and chopped cilantro.
