A quick and delicious vegan dish featuring butter beans in a garlicky tomato pesto sauce, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup pesto sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crusty bread or pasta for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
