A moist and sweet banana bread infused with a rich swirl of dulce de leche, perfect for any time of the day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup dulce de leche

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan to ensure your bread slides out effortlessly after baking.
  2. Combine the mashed bananas and melted butter in a mixing bowl, creating a fragrant base for your batter.
  3. Mix in the sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract until well incorporated and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix well.
  5. Gradually stir in the flour until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle with dulce de leche, then pour the remaining batter on top.
  7. Gently swirl the dulce de leche into the batter for a beautiful marbled effect.
  8. Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let the bread cool before slicing and enjoy it warm or at room temperature.
