Delicious brownies topped with a chewy cookie layer, filled with chocolate chips and M&Ms for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup M&Ms
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Prepare the brownie mix with 2 large eggs and 1/2 cup of vegetable oil according to the package instructions.
  3. Combine 1 cup of oats, 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of granulated sugar, the remaining egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in a mixing bowl.
  4. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of M&Ms.
  5. Spread the cookie dough mixture evenly over the brownie base.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the brownies cool before cutting them into squares to serve.

Notes

For best flavor, use high-quality chocolate chips and peanut butter. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days.
