A comforting dish of bowtie pasta and tender chicken in a rich, creamy garlic sauce, topped with gooey mozzarella.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 8 oz bowtie pasta
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breasts to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add cooked pasta and mozzarella cheese to the skillet, tossing to combine.
  6. Cook until the mozzarella is melted and the pasta is coated in the sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with a side salad or roasted vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
