A creamy and delicious no-bake cheesecake that’s simple to make and perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • â…“ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Crust: In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Create the Cream Cheese Filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Whip the Heavy Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Combine and Pour: Pour the cream cheese filling over the crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate: Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  6. Serve and Enjoy: Carefully remove from the springform pan and serve chilled, optionally topped with fresh fruit or chocolate sauce.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. May also be frozen for up to 2 months.
