A simple and delightful no-bake cheesecake that brings joy and creativity to any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Create the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth in a separate bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. Whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add sour cream and mix until fully incorporated.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan and spread evenly.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled, optionally topped with fruit or chocolate sauce.

Notes

Ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy blending. Use a chilled bowl for whipping cream.
