A delightful No Bake Eclair Cake with layers of creamy vanilla pudding, graham crackers, and rich chocolate frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 2 boxes of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 cups of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1 cup of chocolate frosting

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding mixture by whisking together the pudding mix and milk until thick.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping to create a light and airy mixture.
  3. Layer half of the graham crackers in a 9×13 inch dish.
  4. Add half of the pudding mixture over the layer of graham crackers.
  5. Repeat the layers with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining pudding mixture.
  6. Top with one final layer of graham crackers.
  7. Spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight.
