Deliciously crunchy and chewy granola bars packed with wholesome goodness, perfect for any time of day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nut butter (e.g., almond or peanut butter)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds or walnuts)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (e.g., raisins or cranberries)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, nut butter, and honey or maple syrup in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips, chopped nuts, and dried fruit.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  5. Press the mixture firmly into the pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour until set.
  7. Cut into bars and enjoy!
