  2. Whip the Coconut Cream: In another bowl, whip the chilled coconut cream until it becomes fluffy and airy, transforming into a light cloud of decadence.
  3. Add in the Flavors: Add vegan cream cheese, Creme de Menthe, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar to the whipped coconut cream. Mix until smooth and creamy, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  4. Pour the mint chocolate filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly across the surface, ensuring each slice will be delightful.
  5. Place your pie in the freezer for at least 240 minutes, or until it is firm enough to slice, creating that perfect frozen treat.
