Delicious no-bake granola cups made with peanut butter, oats, and chocolate chips, perfect for breakfast or a sweet snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix your ingredients in a mixing bowl, combining granola, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well blended.
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by lining it with cupcake liners for easy removal.
  3. Scoop the mixture into the muffin tin, pressing down firmly to create cups.
  4. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes to set.
  5. Enjoy! Once set, carefully remove from the tin and savor your no-bake peanut butter granola cups!

Notes

For different flavors, you can substitute peanut butter with almond butter or sunbutter and use agave or date syrup in place of honey.
