Soft, fluffy dinner rolls made with buttermilk, perfect for family gatherings and cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  3. Add the buttermilk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Transfer the dough to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  6. Brush with additional melted butter if desired.
  7. Cool slightly before serving warm.

Notes

Store any leftover rolls in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, wrap tightly in plastic and freeze for up to 3 months.
