Delightful little dessert combining the creamy richness of cheesecake with the irresistible crunch of Oreos.

Ingredients

  • 16 Oreos (plus extra for topping)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened (2 packages of 8 ounces each)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup large and small Oreo cookie crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Line a cupcake baking pan with 16 paper liners and place one Oreo in each liner.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreo cookie crumbs.
  5. Spoon the Oreo cheesecake mixture into each liner.
  6. Sprinkle additional Oreo crumbs on top.
  7. Bake for 14-16 minutes until set.
  8. Cool for at least 30 minutes, then refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Top with whipped cream and crushed Oreos before serving.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for a smooth texture. Chill for 2 hours for best results.
