Delightful Oreo truffles made with crushed Oreos and cream cheese, coated in chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces of cream cheese, softened
  • 16 ounces of chocolate (milk or dark) for coating
  • Optional: sprinkles or crushed Oreos for decoration

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  2. Combine the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well mixed.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  4. Refrigerate the balls for about 30 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt the chocolate until smooth in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Coat each ball in the melted chocolate, then place back onto the baking sheet.
  7. Add sprinkles or crushed Oreos while the chocolate is still wet and allow to set.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
