Indulgent Oreo Truffles made from simple ingredients, combining rich Oreo goodness with creamy cream cheese, all covered in silky dark chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 24 Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz dark chocolate, melted
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor or resealable bag until fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into approximately 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the rolled truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  6. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Add sprinkles on top of the chocolate before it sets, then chill the truffles until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Make sure cream cheese is softened for easier mixing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
