Delicious and crispy oven-baked dumplings filled with ground meat and vegetables, served with a creamy peanut sauce.

Ingredients

  • Dumpling wrappers
  • Ground meat (chicken, pork, or tofu)
  • Vegetables (cabbage, carrots, onions)
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • Peanut butter
  • Honey or sugar
  • Rice vinegar
  • Water
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground meat, chopped vegetables, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  3. Take a dumpling wrapper, place a spoonful of the filling in the center, moisten edges with water, and fold to seal.
  4. Arrange the dumplings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and water in a saucepan over low heat.
  7. Serve the dumplings hot, drizzled with peanut sauce and garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Ensure dumplings are completely sealed before baking to avoid sogginess.
