Ingredients

  • Pasta (your choice: rotini, penne, or farfalle)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Cucumbers
  • Red onion
  • Bell peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Vinegar (balsamic or red wine)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Fresh basil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
