  • 68 fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar (divided)
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the fresh peaches and mix them with half of the sugar in a bowl.
  3. Whisk together the flour, baking powder, and cinnamon in another bowl.
  4. Melt the butter in a baking dish.
  5. Pour the sweetened peach mixture over the melted butter.
  6. Whisk together the flour mixture with milk and vanilla until smooth.
  7. Gently pour the batter over the peaches.
  8. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the top is set and golden brown.

Notes
