  • 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the sliced peaches with 1/2 cup sugar and let sit.
  3. Combine flour, milk, melted butter, baking powder, salt, and the remaining sugar until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
  5. Spoon the peach mixture on top of the batter.
