Deliciously addictive peanut butter bars that are quick to make and nutritious, perfect for satisfying a sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine peanut butter, oats, honey, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix until well combined.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips gently into the peanut butter mixture.
  3. Press the mixture into a greased or lined 8×8 inch baking pan.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until the bars are firm.
  5. Cut into bars and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
