These classic peanut butter blossoms are filled with a melting chocolate Hershey’s Kiss, perfect for gifting or indulging.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 48 Hershey’s Kisses (unwrapped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and baking soda in a large bowl.
  3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and press a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

For added flavor, try using brown sugar instead of white. Adjust baking time for preference of softness.
