Delightful cookies featuring a rich peanut butter base topped with a sweet Hershey’s Kiss.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Hershey’s Kisses (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
  4. Combine the dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Form the dough into balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden.
  7. Press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  8. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
