Delightful cookies with a blend of creamy peanut butter and a chocolate kiss on top, perfect for sharing and enjoying.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Hershey’s Kisses (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt until smooth.
  3. Add the all-purpose flour gradually, stirring until fully incorporated.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, until lightly golden.
  6. Top each cookie with a Hershey’s Kiss while they are still warm.
  7. Cool the cookies on a wire rack after a few minutes on the baking sheet.
