Deliciously chewy cookies balanced with the rich flavor of peanut butter and the crunch of Butterfinger candy.

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup Butterfinger candy, crushed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the peanut butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg, vanilla extract, baking soda, and a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in the crushed Butterfinger pieces and flour until just combined.
  4. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a glass of cold milk. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
