  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brownie mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix peanut butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Add baking soda and salt, mixing until incorporated.
  5. Fold in the brownie mix just until combined.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are set.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to five days. Freeze in a zip-top bag for up to three months.
