Quick and nutritious no-bake energy bites made with peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Combine the peanut butter and honey in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Stir in the oats, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and vanilla extract until evenly mixed.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter.
  4. Place the energy bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

These bites can last in the fridge for up to a week and can be frozen for up to 3 months.
