A creamy and refreshing frozen dessert that combines the rich flavors of peanut butter and chocolate, perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts, chopped
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey or maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a lined baking dish and spread evenly.
  3. Sprinkle chopped salted peanuts on top for extra crunch.
  4. Freeze for about 2-3 hours until solid.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil over low heat until smooth.
  6. Cut the frozen bars into squares and dip in melted chocolate.
  7. Freeze again for another 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  8. Serve cold and enjoy your creamy treat!

Notes

For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter. Ensure chocolate is fully melted for a smooth coating.
