  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 banana (sliced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats and a pinch of salt in a jar or bowl.
  2. Pour in the milk and mix gently.
  3. Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.
