A decadent dessert that combines the rich flavors of pecan pie with creamy layers, perfect for gatherings.

  • 1 package graham crackers
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup pecan pie filling
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined, creating a fluffy, dreamy texture.
  3. In a 9×13 inch dish, layer graham crackers to cover the bottom completely.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it evenly.
  5. Pour the pecan pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Sprinkle chopped pecans generously on top of the filling.
  7. Repeat the layers, starting with more graham crackers, the remaining cream cheese mixture, and more pecan pie filling.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture or use chocolate wafers instead of graham crackers for a chocolate version.
