A guilt-free snack that’s cheesy, crispy, and bursting with flavor, perfect for cozy evenings or midday pick-me-ups.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 18 slices pepperoni (turkey pepperoni optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, to taste
  • Optional: fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, and grated Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the Italian seasoning and garlic powder into the cheese mixture.
  4. If the pepperoni slices are large, halve them.
  5. Lay the pepperoni slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle the cheese and seasoning mixture over each pepperoni slice.
  7. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Remove the baking sheet and allow the crisps to cool on it.
  9. Serve the pepperoni cheese crisps immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
  10. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.

Notes

These crisps are best enjoyed fresh but can be reheated in the oven for a few minutes to regain their crunch.
