A warm and comforting dish featuring chicken breasts smothered in basil-infused pesto, cherry tomatoes, and gooey mozzarella cheese—perfect for any weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper in a baking dish.
  3. Spread the pesto sauce evenly over the chicken breasts.
  4. Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the chicken.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese all over the top.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
