Deliciously gooey and savory Philly cheesesteak sliders, perfect for gatherings and game days!

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • 1 lb beef steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup onions (sliced)
  • 1 cup green bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup provolone cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Soften the vegetables by melting butter in a skillet over medium heat and sautéing onions and bell peppers until tender.
  3. Brown the beef in the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper, until browned.
  4. Assemble the sliders by placing the beef mixture into the slider buns and topping with provolone cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
