Irresistibly comforting Philly Cheesesteak Sliders that deliver the same delicious flavors of a classic cheesesteak in a fun-sized version, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef steak (ribeye or flank)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 12 slider rolls
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: mayonnaise, hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect environment for those cheesy sliders to bake in.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add the sliced beef and cook until browned, seasoning it with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
  4. Grab your baking dish and place the bottom halves of the slider rolls snugly in it.
  5. Spoon the savory beef mixture over the bottom halves of the rolls, spreading it evenly.
  6. Lay the provolone cheese slices generously on top of the beef.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls onto the cheese.
  8. Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are golden brown.
  9. Serve the sliders warm, optionally with mayonnaise or hot sauce.

Notes

These sliders can be made in advance before baking, and leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
