A delightful twist on the classic Philly cheesesteak, this tortellini dish combines juicy beef, melted provolone cheese, and colorful peppers for a comforting meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz tortellini
  • 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup bell peppers (sliced)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 2 cups provolone cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Brown the sliced beef in the skillet until browned.
  4. Sauté the sliced bell peppers and mushrooms until softened.
  5. Combine the cooked tortellini with the beef mixture and mix well.
