  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 9×13 inch cake pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine yellow cake mix, pineapple juice, eggs, and vegetable oil. Mix until well blended.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  5. While the cake is baking, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth to prepare the glaze.
