  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry with a paper towel, then rub the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper all over the meat.
  3. Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and brown the pork on all sides for about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the tenderloin for 20-25 minutes or until its internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
