  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the slow cooker by placing the chicken breasts inside.
  2. Add the barbecue sauce, chicken broth, diced onion, and minced garlic.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the chicken is tender.
  5. Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
  6. Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
