These pulled pork sliders are tender, flavorful, and perfect for any gathering, topped with your favorite condiments.

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pork shoulder
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns
  • Pickles (optional)
  • Coleslaw (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your slow cooker.
  2. Season the pork shoulder generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Place the chopped onion and minced garlic in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  4. Add the seasoned pork shoulder on top of the onion and garlic mixture.
  5. Pour the BBQ sauce and chicken broth evenly over the pork.
  6. Cover and let the pork cook on low for 480 minutes or high for 240 minutes.
  7. Shred the cooked pork in the slow cooker using two forks and mix into the sauce.
  8. Serve on slider buns and top with pickles and coleslaw if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, sear the pork shoulder before cooking. Experiment with different BBQ sauces for custom flavors.
