A warm and comforting quiche filled with creamy eggs, cheese, and your choice of vegetables or meats.

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (such as cheddar or Swiss)
  • 1 cup diced vegetables (such as spinach, mushrooms, or bell peppers)
  • 1/2 cup cooked meat (such as bacon or ham, optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pre-bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, and meat (if using) into the egg mixture. Stir gently.
  5. Carefully pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until set and golden on top.
  7. Let the quiche cool slightly before slicing and serving.
