Delightful breakfast rolls filled with savory sausage and fluffy scrambled eggs, wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chives for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Scramble the eggs with the cooked sausage until fully cooked.
  5. Prepare the crescent roll dough by unrolling it and placing a spoonful of the mixture on each triangle.
  6. Add the shredded cheese and roll up tightly.
  7. Bake on a baking sheet for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chives and serve warm.
