  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the rainbow cauliflower into florets.
  3. Toss the cauliflower with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

For optimal roasting, ensure floret dryness and do not overcrowd the baking sheet. Adjust spices to taste.
