Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the chocolate crumbs with melted butter until fully coated and press into dome molds.
  3. Bake for 5-7 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  7. Fold in the fresh raspberries carefully.
  8. Spoon the cheesecake filling into the cooled crusts.
  9. Melt the chocolate chips and drizzle over the tops.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  11. Unmold and serve chilled.
