A delightful pastry with fresh raspberries and a creamy filling, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 package of puff pastry
  • 1 cup of fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • Flour (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square, top with raspberries, and fold over corners.
  5. Brush the tops with an egg wash.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
