Crispy, cheesy crackers made with Rice Krispies, perfect for snacking or appetizers.

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the Rice Krispies, cheddar cheese, flour, salt, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave for about 30 seconds.
  4. Pour the melted butter into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet, pressing down firmly.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Let the crackers cool, then break into pieces.

Notes

Store leftover crackers in an airtight container for up to 5 days. For a lighter version, try using olive oil instead of butter.
