Delightfully sweet and chewy Rice Krispie Treats that bring back nostalgic memories.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz., about 40) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows, or 6 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows to the melted butter and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Once the marshmallows are fully melted, carefully remove the saucepan from heat.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies cereal to the marshmallow mixture and stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
  5. Using a buttered spatula or wax paper, press the mixture evenly into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  6. Allow the treats to cool completely before cutting them into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Avoid the fridge to maintain texture.
