  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 slices of bread (your choice)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Arrange the sliced strawberries on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey. Roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt; whip until smooth and creamy.
  4. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  5. Spread the whipped ricotta on each slice of toast, top with roasted strawberries, and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
