A quick and healthy side dish featuring roasted tenderstem broccoli, drizzled with lemon juice for an extra burst of flavor.

Ingredients

  • Tenderstem broccoli (broccolini)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder (optional)
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse the tenderstem broccoli under cool water and pat it dry.
  3. Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
  4. Spread the seasoned broccoli on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until tender and slightly crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon juice if desired.

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the pan for even roasting. Fresh tenderstem broccoli is best for flavor and texture.
