  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. Soak the zucchini slices in a mixture of vinegar and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Drain the zucchini slices and pat them dry with paper towels.
  5. Toss the slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  6. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spread the zucchini slices in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 1-2 hours until crispy, flipping halfway through.
