Delicious and comforting breakfast roll-ups filled with scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 can (8 oz) Pillsburyâ„¢ refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  • 8 sausage links
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese, halved
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the eggs by beating them in a bowl and scrambling the majority in a skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up the crescent dough by unrolling and separating it into 8 triangles.
  4. Add half a slice of Cheddar cheese to each triangle.
  5. Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs and one sausage link on top of the cheese.
  6. Roll the dough starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Brush the tops with reserved beaten egg and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and flaky.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
