  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce or chili flakes to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. Sauté sausage in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat until browned and cooked through, breaking it up into pieces.
  3. Mix in honey and chili sauce; stir well.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
